RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of:
     1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
     2. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at CheapArtSupply.com.
