We accept True Blue Art gift certificates purchased from our website, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts.

Other types of Payment
When placing your order over the phone, by fax, or by mail, we accept institutional checks, money orders, True Blue Art gift certificates, and VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts. Schools, institutions, government agencies, and businesses with suitable Dun & Bradstreet ratings may be extended net 30-day payment terms (with accompanying purchase orders). Customers who do not maintain their accounts within terms are subject to suspension of credit.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to absorb most cost increases from our suppliers through December 31 of this year; but if the increase is excessive, we will notify you and ask for authorization to ship at the new price.

Written Confirmation
When following up on a phone, fax, or e-mail order with a written order, please clearly indicate "Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate." Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is due when purchasing from the following state. If you have a resale or tax-exempt number, please contact us to receive our required tax-exempt form at 828.251.0028.
